Room has a balcony, and shares a restroom with one other person.
All bills and WiFi are included, no children, no pets, no smoking or drugs of any kind.
Rent is $750/monthly with a $400 deposit.
Street parking.
2-story house with a pool, room is located upstairs.
House is located near the freeways, and 15mins away from Cal State SB.
We require proof of income, job info, and 3 references.
