```Job Overview```
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our team.
As the Medical Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the medical operations of our organization.
Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
```Duties```
- Providing medical oversight for all medical procedures and treatments offered at the medical spa, adhering to medical and aesthetic standards.
- Utilize your knowledge of medical systems to effectively manage and coordinate the activities of medical staff.
- Provide guidance and support to nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical technology, biotechnology, and FDA regulations
- Collaborate with nurses to ensure compliance with regulatory standard's.
This partnership involves reviewing treatment plans, overseeing medical procedures, reviewing 10% of patients charts, prompt availability, in case of emergencies, either via in person or telehealth, meeting with healthcare team once or twice a month to ensure efficient operations, proper planning and goal setting.
- Oversee the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance in areas such as internal medicine and or critical care
- Utilize your strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals
```Requirements```
-No sanctions, previous suspensions, revocations, or probation placed on medical license
- A valid medical license and board certification in a relevant specialty
- Proven experience working as a Medical Director or in a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of medical systems, regulations, and best practices in aesthetics.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and biotechnology advancements
- Experience in areas such as aesthetics and/or willing to complete training Or certification.
