We are seeking a dynamic and multitasking individual to fill the role of Med Spa Receptionist.
This position requires excellent managerial and organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for customer service and sales.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the med spa, coordinating appointments, providing exceptional customer service, overseeing staff, and driving sales through effective sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reception Duties:
* Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner.
* Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
* Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered.
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
* Managerial Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the med spa, ensuring smooth workflow.
* Train, supervise, and support staff members, including estheticians and support staff.
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
* Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Sales Representative:
* Actively promote med spa services and products to clients.
* Provide consultations to clients and recommend appropriate treatments or products based on their needs.
* Meet or exceed sales targets by upselling services and retail products.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up communication and personalized service.
* Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional events to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Medical Assistant License HIGHLY preferred
* Experience or have passion in the skin care and facial industry.
* Proven experience in customer service, reception, management, and sales roles.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Knowledge of med spa services and products is a plus.
* Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.

Responsibilities:
* Provide customer service: Phone inquiries and interacting with potential customers through various social media and other client platforms.
* Operate and organize day-to-day clinic operation.
* Set up appointments for clients.
Organize and file client forms.
* Occasionally perform bodysculpting treatments on patients.
* Welcoming clients as they arrive
* Assisting clients in completing necessary forms and consents and answering any concerns or questions they may have.
* Inform and educate clients on the benefits of our services: Different facials and other skin care services, microneedling, Botox/fillers, laser treatments, medical weight loss program, bodysculpting services such as ultrasonic RF cavitation, thermal lift, and HIFU treatments.
* Prepare to answer questions about our services offered at our company.
* Prepare rooms for different services.
* Selling products and cross-selling services with the goal of optimizing client goals.
