*Job Description*
As a *Influencer Manager*, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Influencer Review and Coordination Manager to join our marketing team.
This individual will be responsible for reviewing, selecting, and managing partnerships with influencers in the digital space to ensure brand alignment and drive sales through effective influencer marketing strategies.
*Responsibilities*
* *Influencer Vetting and Selection*: Review influencer profiles and past collaborations to ensure they align with the MySmile brand image and values.
* *Contract Negotiation*: Work closely with influencers and/or their management teams to negotiate collaboration terms.
* *Campaign Coordination*: Plan, organize, and monitor influencer campaigns to ensure timely delivery and adherence to campaign requirements.
* *Performance Tracking*: Analyze campaign results and measure the effectiveness of each collaboration using KPIs.
Provide regular performance reports.
* *Budget Management*: Ensure influencer marketing spends stay within the allocated budget.
* *Relationship Management*: Maintain and build strong relationships with influencers and their agencies, ensuring long-term collaborations.
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience in influencer marketing and coordination, preferably in the e-commerce or beauty industry.
* Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
* Proficient in the use of social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
