0 SUMMARY* The Welder will use detailed specifications to complete projects and carefully inspect work for imperfections and defects to ensure the structural integrity of finished projects.
Typical work will be steel fabrication with Mig and Tig setups.
Occasional work will also include copper and aluminum welding.

0 SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES* This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

0 TRAVEL* This position does not include travel.

0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* · Work from blueprints, process sheets, tooling instructions, and standard charts to identify component/manufacturing specifications.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong attention to detail and safety awareness · Strong problem solving and communication skills *5.
0 SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS* · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written · Ability to read blueprints · Knowledge of metallurgy · Knowledge of various welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, and oxy-fuel welding · Knowledge of manual and mechanical welding techniques *6.
0 EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS* · Requires a welding certification.
· Requires a minimum of 3 years of work experience.
