*Position Overview: *
Due to corporate growth, we are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our growing team.
This position will work closely with the Senior Product and Marketing Manager and Vice President Marketing and Chief Growth Officer to have complete category ownership and cradle-to-grave product management and team leadership of assigned product portfolios of Juvenile Products, some of which include: Strollers, Joggers, Car Seats, High Chairs, etc.
We are looking for someone who can drive product development initiatives, timelines and coordinate with the Asian manufacturing plants to start up and facilitate production.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in product or project management.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Actively and continuously assess their assigned categories.
This includes evaluation of:
* Sales Trends
* NPD Data
* Competitive New Products
* Marketing and Messaging Trends
* Lead New Product Development projects within their assigned categories, including gaining sign off of Product Definitions and Tooling Releases
* Prepare presentations for line reviews, sales meetings, senior management meetings, etc…
* Lead long term strategy development for assigned categories
* Lead and support the development of product marketing materials including: product packaging, POP and product pages
* Lead and manage pricing decisions for assigned categories
* Working knowledge of assigned category rules and regulations
* Support all other basic marketing team functions as required

* Be open to working off hours in order to maintain connections with key suppliers
* Five years of relevant experience
* Bachelors degree preferred
* Open to travel at least 25% of time

Pay: $70,000.
