We are an integrated third-party logistics company, with a brokerage division, an in-house long-haul fleet, several warehouses around the country, and a retail consolidation business.
We currently operate under three levels of services which include Assets, Brokerage, and Warehousing.
Our freight brokerage business is growing rapidly (operating under the well-established Am Trans brand) and looking for experienced brokers to join our team.
Our integrated 3PL business allows brokers to leverage other parts of the business as selling points in ways that traditional brokers can't, making it easier to build relationships and sell to clients.

Job Overview:
Responsible for executing daily functions and projects which involves all materials in the warehouse.
Ensures material movements, transfers, and distribution is performed in an efficient and accurate manner.
Takes precautions to protect warehouse contents against loss.
Retains and reviews warehouse documents and reports.
Completes miscellaneous support functions and supports area personnel as required.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Complete & document daily forklift inspections.
Move material to/from stock to manufacturing lines using a pick ticket.
Accurately transact all material movements real time into Syspro.
Continuous replenishment of raw material to manufacturing ensuring no stoppage in the manufacturing process.
Remove finished good pallets from manufacturing lines, shrink wrap and stage in the appropriate area.
At completion of production run, clear manufacturing lines of all raw material.
Accurately count material returning to stock, attach a “COUNTED” sticker with updated quantity, initial and date.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout building including pallet organization, emptying of dumpsters and loading of recyclable material into dunnage trailer.
Be in constant communication with manufacturing Line Operators to understand their needs and status of current and future jobs.
Movement of inventory and non-inventory pallets to ensure efficient operations.
Perform accurate Cycle Counts and any requested counts.
You’re a Great Fit if You:
Proficient with data entry into an ERP system and Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel).
Ability to work as a team and independently.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to perform all tasks while continuously standing.
Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately while ensuring quality.
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years’ experience in material handling in a manufacturing environment.
Forklift certified (or eligible).
Physical Requirements and Shifts
· Extended periods of standing.
· Frequently moves items weighing up to 50 pounds.
· 1st Shift (6:00 am to 3:00 pm)
· 2nd Shift (3:00 pm to 12 am)
