Job Title: Project Manager Job Type: Full-Time (Mon-Fri 7:00 am - 3:30 pm) Salary: $75,000 Base - $100,000+ with bonus/commission potential Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Job Description: As a Project Manager at Logan Construction, you will have the opportunity of working directly with the President and CEO.
You will be ensuring the seamless execution of multiple projects while upholding our unwavering commitment to quality and excellence.
Your responsibilities will encompass: Planning, executing, and concluding projects within stringent deadlines and budgetary constraints.
Managing multiple projects with diverse scopes, ranging from $15,000 to well over $1 million.
Conducting morning job site inspections to ensure crews are on schedule for the day and the upcoming week.
Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
Formulating and supervising project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinating resources and teams across various projects.
Daily collaboration with subcontractors to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
Handling permit scheduling and inspections, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Effectively communicating project status, risks, and issues to executives.
Leading project meetings and promoting efficient team collaboration.
Ensuring project deliverables consistently meet and exceed quality standards.
Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
Serving as the point of contact for on-site Foremen regarding materials, change orders, amendments, and pricing.
Collaborating with multiple Foremen and overseeing various operational facets.
Directing, coordinating, scheduling, and overseeing the daily details of project execution.
Experience Preferred: To excel in this role, you should possess: A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with an emphasis on custom high-end residential work and commercial renovations and remodeling.
Experience in commercial restaurant remodeling, including knowledge of codes, ADA, OSHA, etc.

A proven track record of successfully managing intricate projects from inception to completion.
A strong understanding of program development methodologies.
Experience in product development and requirements management.
Exceptional team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, making quick decisions, and navigating job sites.
Familiarity with working with HOAs, compliance, inspections, in the State of California.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Requirements: You should be capable of: Coordinating material deliveries and subcontractor work in adherence to contract schedules.
Possessing a thorough understanding of contract specifications, drawings, and associated scope of work requirements.
Creating, organizing, executing, and completing construction projects.
Maintaining continuous quality control throughout project development.
Motivating and evaluating field employees, with a focus on staff training and performance improvement.
Managing multiple projects concurrently.
Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Thriving under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Exhibiting knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in construction.
