Lead Carpenter

Long-standing, family-owned and operated business is looking for a Lead Carpenter to perform carpentry work including framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, etc.
* Fabricate and install cabinetry, fixtures, closet doors, etc.
* Perform highly skilled finish work * Rough framing and repairs to existing framing in compliance with building and fire codes * Repair buildings that are damaged and/or structurally unsound * Resolve issues pertaining to structure caused by water and/or fire damage * Ability to instruct others in proper use and care of equipment and tools * Ability to read and interpret engineered plans * Must be able to communicate effectively * Comply with OSHA safety standards * Assist other tradespeople on-site while learning new trades * Handle and transport materials and equipment * Use power tools and machinery when needed * Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions * Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds etc.
) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.
00 - $35.
