We are a construction company specializing in residential wood framing of single and multifamily structures with operations in Northern and Southern California.
We are offering an administrative level position for part-time work.
Job duties will include the following:
- Download all construction documents to the company server.
- Print and/or email documents as necessary for all required individuals.
- Catalog all RFIs and send to all required individuals.
- Order printer paper, toner and other necessary supplies.
- Schedule required maintenance visits for printers.
- Coordinate with other office and field personnel for accomplishment of tasks.
- Assist with any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by the department manager.
No construction experience is necessary, but the candidate must possess some basic business administrative experience, a high school diploma, excellent organization / grammatical / communication skills, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
"BlueBeam" and "PlanGrid" software experience is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.
00 - $20.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
* 4 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
* Morning shift
* No nights
* No weekends
