Main responsibilities:
1) Assisting engineers in installing cutting machines: You may need to help engineers with equipment transportation, connection, and debugging to ensure proper installation and functioning of the equipment.
2) Operating cutting machines: You may need to learn and proficiently master the operation methods of the cutting machines, so that you can independently operate the equipment when necessary.
3) Providing technical support to customers during the sales process: During interactions with customers, they may have technical questions regarding equipment specifications, operation methods, or troubleshooting.
You need to accurately and clearly answer these questions to enhance customer trust and satisfaction with the product.
4) Traveling with the team to exhibitions: You may need to participate in various industry exhibitions or sales events, assist in setting up booths, showcase products, and engage in communication with customers to promote product sales and marketing efforts.
