Job Summary The FOM is responsible for leading and supervising wide-ranging aspects of the business processes, including but not limited to: safety, estimating, inspections, technical support, field support, product support services, operations planning, scaling operations to meet forecast and booked demand.
Lead operations with safety first culture and peer to peer safety accountability.
Define business processes, optimizing cost, equipment utilization, capacity, and quality.
Work with internal and external clients to ensure that operations meet requirements.
Establish and build customer relationships and meet the objectives of the company.
Key Responsibilities Conduct daily safety huddles, collect NMPH cards, create a safety culture, and meet company safety compliance goals Report operational related activities Attend weekly team meetings Develop and improve processes, quality, and procedures in direct and support functions to reduce costs and improve productivity Take a leadership role and develop a Lean Culture based around Lean Principles Provide technical support to team members Plan all capacity requirements Conduct interviews and hiring of new talent Provide daily tactical support Accountable for customer excellence and experience Create operational plans, monitor forecasts and work with sales to establish a master fulfillment schedule Develop KPI's to support service and maintenance with accurate and timely information Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Manage and monitor the strategy, capacity analysis and strategic and operational models Perform root cause analysis on issues and implement corrective actions Coach and mentor direct reports to ensure support and develop the skills to succeed in their roles Present project-specific solutions to internal and external customers.
Provide advice to integrate and secure Oldcastle products on site Respond to clients on project-specific inquiries and industry questions including local stormwater regulations.
Support team members with field work and installations Provide training and support at the precast plants.
Assist sales team by providing review and guidance on projects Provide project and technical support for drawings, regulatory support, maintenance, and product installation.
Maintain standards and procedures.
Communicate and work with the team for pertinent information to be captured into FileMaker.
Other duties as assigned.

Experience with leading and directing the work of others Proven ability to achieve results Travel +50% Preferred Requirements QSD/QSP Certification or equivalent Knowledge of software: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Hydro CAD, FileMaker, AX, etc.
