We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Engineer to join our team in the construction industry.
As a project engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and managing engineering projects from inception to completion.
Your expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality results.
*Duties*
· Lead a team of engineers to support our sales staff and customers throughout in the Western Region (CA, WA, NV, and AZ)
· Track, manage and schedule projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables are achieved
· Provided technical support to engineers, customers, and sales representatives
· Ensure the safety, accuracy, efficiency, and quality of teams engineering deliverables
· Provide sales support via presentations and on-site meetings as needed
· Provide innovative design solutions from concept to construction to meet the needs of customers
· Perform load and structural calculations to ensure the safety, stability and efficiency of design work
· Provide safety inspections of erected equipment to ensure compliance with RMD's drawings prior to placement of cast in place decks when needed
· Provide technical support and on-site assistance (as required)
· Design/ project management ~ 60/40
· Travel < 10%
*Qualifications:*
· Bachelor of Science- Engineering (Civil or Mechanical)
· Licensed California PE or willing to take CA specific seismic and surveying exams to acquire within 6 months of employment
· Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
· Construction background with Design knowledge/ experience in formwork applications
· Bilingual in English/ Spanish is required
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills
· Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay: $100,000.
