IWS is looking for a Construction Field Superintendent to support the growth of the company in our West Region.
Must be able to travel to projects anywhere in the state of California.
Responsibilities include:
Manage construction project through all phases from pre-construction through closeout.
Ensure consistent adherence to contract terms, plans and specifications, codes and industry standards as well as high safety and quality standards of work
Develop, understand and execute schedules, managing work and subcontractors throughout the project
Establish and maintain positive client relations
Work as a team player with Project Manager and project team to achieve success
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of field management of water treatment or wastewater construction or related heavy civil construction
Familiar with construction methods, techniques, and labor requirements and how they apply to industrial construction projects
Proficient computer and reporting skills – familiarity with Procore or other CM software is a plus
