Welcome to your charming, secluded cabin getaway! This cabin is very clean, with new central heating, appliances, flooring, drywall, paint, refinished decks, washer/dryer, sheets/bedding and flat screen TV's with cable, movie channels and Netflix.
We chose this cabin because of the backyard sledding and access to national forest hiking trails.
You do not have to drive anywhere to enjoy beautiful big bear pines and mountain views.
If you are the adventurous type the national forest trail head is also located within viewing distance of the back yard and has a family friendly trail for hiking, biking or cross country skiing.

5 miles from Bear Mountain resort and the Big Bear Alpine Zoo.
The quaint mountain village in big bear is only a couple miles away with a large variety of dinning and fine dinning options as well as shops, boutiques, and art galleries.
There is even a cute little movie theater, that plays new releases.
The cabin is located near the end of a dead end street, with very few other rentals around.
You will not have to worry about up all night long, loud neighbors.
Most of the houses close by are non rent-able personal vacation homes or permanent Big Bear residents.
We get lots of afternoon sun and always have great forested views of the snow play area below the house and the trees on the mountain across from the cabin.
Inside the cabin is very clean with many new amenities.
Downstairs has one bedroom/den with a new couch bed, across the hallway is a full bath with stacked washer and dryer.
The kitchen is small but works well and opens to dinning room and living room.
Everything you might need is stocked in the kitchen, silverware, pots, pans, plates, cups, popcorn maker, coffee maker, coffee mugs, coffee, knifes, trash bags, microwave, toaster, sponges, kitchen towels and serving spoons.
The living room has one couch and one love seat facing our gas assisted fireplace and Samsung flat screen TV, with charter cable and DVR.
Upstairs we have two large bedrooms and a bathroom.
Master bedroom has one queen bed with new sheets and bedding, dresser, love seat and coffee table for watching cable or movies, and a easy to access closet.
Guest Bedroom has one queen bed and a bunk/trundle combo with two twins and a full.
All bedding and sheets are high quality and clean.
Also some kids books, and games in this guest bedroom.
All linen towels, hand towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, sheets, and blankets are provided and cleaned before each guest arrives.
We have just purchased this cabin and want to share it with families or groups who might appreciate any of the amenities we have listed.
