Twin Fold Down Chair or Bed - $200 (Highland)

I purchased this for a spare room for the grandchild, never been used, just stored.
New condition.
It can be used as a chair or a twin bed.
The top folds down and the bottom rolls out and lifts.
It is heavy and you need to move it, no shipping, and in-person sale only.
This is a great price this cost us $300 when we purchased it, but it would be more now.
Great quality.
I'm firm at $200.
