Accounting clerk

* Manage and maintain all aspects of payroll from scheduling to verification.
* Reconcile transactions with statements.
* Secure financial data via data backups and security monitoring.
* Collaborate with the CFO, fellow clerks and other finance department members *Qualifications: * * Associate degree in related field * 2 years accounting experience * QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred) * High degree of accuracy * Great attention to detail * Excellent negotiation skills * Proficiency in mathematics * US work authorization (Preferred) * Fluent in English and Mandarin.
