BILLING CLERK Reports to: ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER Status: Non-Exempt Salary Range: $21.
00 to $23.
00 an hour PURPOSE - Billing Department converts Sales Orders and Driver paperwork into Invoices daily.
This is one of the most important functions within our accounting group.
Emphasis is on granular details, exactness and compliance with company pricing policies.
Daily Tasks and Duties include: Conversion of Sales Orders to Invoices Buying Fuel into various locations as needed Inventory Transfers Inventory Reconciliations Accounting for all products consumed internally (fuel and lubes used in our vehicles) Detailed Pricing of products and Services using both generic and specific price sheets Application of special prices and/or rates when applicable Research any discrepancies Process all Buyback business at current rates Prepare/Print/Mail/Email invoices and proof of deliveries Brand: Beck Oil Inc.
