*Responsibilities*
* *Order Processing*: Efficiently handle and process daily orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in fulfillment.
* *Label Printing*: Generate and print shipping labels accurately using Shipstation.
* *Carrier Pickup Coordination*: Arrange and schedule carrier pickups for outgoing shipments, optimizing logistics for timely delivery.
* *Shipping Record Maintenance*: Update shipping records promptly.
* *Return Record Verification*: Verify return records to ensure compliance with return policies.
* *Inventory Tracking and Management*: Monitor and manage inventory levels effectively, implementing strategies to optimize stock availability and minimize shortages or excess inventory.
* *Customer Service : *Implementing and overseeing team operations, providing guidance, resolving escalated issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring compliance.

*Requirements*
* Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, Shipstation, and accounting principles.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Adaptability to learn new software and procedures.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
