*Position Overview*: Join our team as a Division Administrator and be a key player in our division's success.
Your role involves managing progress billing, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Your attention to detail and financial expertise will be vital in delivering excellence in modular construction.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage and oversee the progress billing process for both client and subcontractor invoicing.
* Ensure accurate and timely submission of progress billing invoices, aligning with job milestones and contractual agreements.
* Maintain meticulous records of progress billing invoices and related documentation.
* Oversee the processing of client invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
* Monitor the progress of invoices to ensure timely payments.
* Work with project managers to track and report job-specific costs, contributing to project budget adherence.
* Identify and report any cost discrepancies or overruns to relevant parties.
* Ensure timely and accurate payments to subcontractors, suppliers, and job-specific vendors.
* Maintain effective communication with vendors and promptly address payment-related inquiries.
* Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal company policies related to progress billing, record-keeping, financial reporting, and documentation.
* Maintain organized and accurate records of financial transactions and job-specific documents.
* Provide subcontractors with Compliance Welcome Packet.
* Complete Compliance Packet for SCM.
* Initiate certified payroll processing for SCM and audit subcontractor certified payroll.
Calculate monthly contributions.
* Address financial challenges or discrepancies, working to find effective solutions.
*Qualifications*:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
* 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
* Proven experience in financial administration, progress billing, and project management.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations is a plus.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
