Staff Accountant - Riverside, CA
Reporting to an awesome CFO, the Staff Accountant position requires a thorough understanding of accounting principles and procedures, with a focus on providing financial support throughout the organization.
The main responsibilities of the role include analyzing, reconciling, and preparing financial reports, completing monthly financial reporting narratives and budgets, and assisting with weekly cash forecasting.
The position also requires advanced asset and liability account reconciliation and ensuring that all bank activities are accounted for accurately and in a timely manner.
To qualify for the role, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, with 4 or more years of accounting or financial analyst experience.
A CPA or MBA is preferred, and manufacturing experience is a plus.

General Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and/or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), accounting systems such as MS Dynamics 365, and database concepts including relational database principles is necessary.
The Staff Accountant must have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all organizational levels, as well as strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Presentation skills are also necessary for informal settings, such as department management and local leadership.
Additionally, the Staff Accountant must have a working knowledge of company accounting policies and be willing to travel less than 10% of the time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.
