* Send invoices and confirmation for every order received via email, mail or fax
* Provide customer with documents such as invoices packing slips and signed bill of lading
* Keep track of incoming order
* Sort and filed customer orders in alphabetical order
* Coordinate rush requests with the warehouse scheduler
* Check status of order with shipping department
* Generate and update daily sales the reports
* Process payments
* Issue credit-card reports
* Report to management on incorrect prices.
* Check approval for no charge/replacements with management
* Fill out credit forms and send to management for approval
* Processed credit/debit memos
* Follow-up of submission of claims and resolution
* Create new client profile in QuickBooks
* Update customer account profile as needed
* Update or pull specific information from the database
* Heavy data Entry
* Answered multi-phone line
* Greeted customers
* Attend meetings
* Work with Sales department on new styles and items
* Enter new items into the inventory section on QuickBooks
* Work with sales department on resolving customer related issues
