Duties:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Manage payroll processes, including calculating employee wages, taxes, and deductions
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Tax Return Preparation
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices
- Utilize accounting software, to record and track financial data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Proven experience in financial management, auditing, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software and tools
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Solid understanding of corporate finance concepts
- Ability to prepare clear and concise financial reports
- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Note: Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
