Billing Clerk

Description: We are hiring an experience Billing Clerk to become an essential part of our team! This role is responsible to compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices.
The regular work schedule is Monday to Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm.
Responsibilities Calculate costs of goods and services Review and record services rendered Create itemized invoices Perform accurate data-entry Submit invoices via mail, email or client portals Will be assigned other related duties as needed Requirements: Knowledge of standard accounting procedures Proficient in MS Office and web-based databases Possess strong data entry skills with a minimum of 40 WPM Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in accounting with progressive responsibilities High School Diploma or equivalent required Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc.
