I am looking for a dynamic Controller/Jr.
CFO who is looking to make a major impact on a manufacturing/construction company looking to streamline, add efficiency to processes and set up the structure needed to scale the company.
The company is made up of a few very high potential "start up" brands in the construction world.
And a solid 30+ year foundational business to build on top of.

* At least 10 years managing accounting and finance functions in a multi-entity business
* The passion and desire to make a major impact in shifting a company and "bringing it into the 21st century" from a tech and best practice perspective
* Ready for the next step in your career.
Have been a Controller (almost acting CFO) ready for the next level CFO role
* Impeccable integrity and character, excellent communicator, strategic minded, data oriented, team player.
* Some construction industry experience or understanding would be a big plus
* ($50mil-$100mil) residential construction
* Hybrid (some in office in Riverside, CA) Comp will likely be in the $115k-$150k range but we are not rigid nor fixed, just want to find the right person.
This position requires a high level of expertise in financial management, reporting, and analysis.
The Corporate Controller/CFO will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial data, maintaining compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.
