Temporary Accountant I

The County of Riverside’s Human Resources Temporary Assignment Program (TAP) seeks to fill a Temporary Accountant I position to support the Auditor Controller.
This is a full-time, temporary position located in Riverside.
Candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex accounting and financial data to ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Preferred knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial Accounting System, as well as skills in Microsoft Office Excel, and experience processing journals entries and reconciliations is desired.
Candidates who are self-motivated with strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
