About the Job Assist the Production Control Manager with daily duties, gather information and generate reports for production staff and maintain Production Control files.
Assist and backup the Production Control Clerk II with running reports, gathering and input of data in order to complete A/E’s and weekly and monthly Forecasting, Prepare mill and production schedules.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND MAJOR RESPONSABILITIES: Maintain active job files for the Production Control Office Per ISO requirements, ID, collect, index, access, file, store and maintain controlled production documents Generate and update the following reports utilizing controlled documents listed in Quality Procedures: Mill Schedule Daily Production and Usage Tonnage Cylinder Production Progress Sand and Cement Reports Mark and Cylinder Reporting from drawings and daily’s Receiving and Issuing of Coil O.
