*ABA Case Manager Position - Commuting to parts of Inland Empire (IE)!* Full Time Schedule (Needed availabilities will be from Monday-Friday 8am-7pm); Saturday availabilities needed as well! _Mileage reimbursement and drive time provided!_ The Case Manager is a BCBA-in training.
They will continue to provide behavior therapy, but also provides supervision and parent consultation under guidance and supervision from the BCBA Supervisor.
The Case Manager guides the program in accordance with the IN STEPPS philosophy of Positive Behavior Support and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT).
They will encourage and empower the parent and family system.
The Case Manager is part of a collaborative team that provides individualized services to improve the quality of life of children and families.
They will report to the assigned BCBA.
The Case Manager must be *enrolled and taking coursework* to meet the BCAB requirements.
The Case Manager tracks and monitors supervision hours with all BCBA Supervisors.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* include the following, other duties may be assigned: 1.
Behavior Therapy: You work 1:1 in the home with the child using ABA and PRT Strategies, collecting data and following programs as directed by the Supervisor.
You communicate frequently and effectively with other team members.
You comply with all reporting requirements of the company, including all administrative, payroll submissions, billing information, etc.

Parent Education: You teach parents strategies using modeling, coaching, role play and other teaching strategies.
PC sessions consist for at least 60% of time of direct practice with feedback with the child.
You use positive feedback and strategies to strengthen parenting skills and teach a variety of ABA strategies individualized to the child’s natural environment and mediators.

Program Development: You develop individualized program goals for each child and family.
These may include skill acquisition goals, behavior reduction goals, replacement behavior goals, and parent goals.

Supervision: Program monitoring and evaluation You monitor ongoing implementation of program goals, evaluate progress, and adjust programs as necessary.
You use no more than 25% of FTF hours for program preparation, scheduling, and other non-billable activities.

Administrative duties: You submit progress reports with the BCBA supervisor, write and edit SIR’s, and may provide information for Employees Performance Reviews.
You keep progress notes and collect in session data.
You may be asked to develop program materials by BCBA Supervisors or to participate in administrative work if you have hours available.
You will attend consistent supervision meetings with your BCBA Supervisor and/or Regional Director.

You ensure correct implementation of goals and behavior plans, use of PRT and ABA strategies, correct data collection through IOA measurement.

Professionalism: You represent IN STEPPS in a professional manner and maintain appropriate boundaries with staff as well as clients and their families.
You communicate in a timely manner and use appropriate channels of communication within the company.
You seek and accept feedback and come prepared to supervision with relevant questions and videos.
You are expected to provide leadership on your cases and present the highest level of collaboration and compliance with company directives.
*Education and/or Experience:* Master's degree, 3+ years of substantial experience in a therapist role, Enrollment in a BCABA or BCBA program or a master’s degree in a related field Physical Requirements: Essential and other important responsibilities and duties require maintaining physical condition necessary for walking, standing, and sitting for prolonged periods of time; may be required to push, pull, bend, lift light to moderate objects (10 lbs.
), carry, reach, and stoop; finger dexterity is essential.
Maintain mental capacity that permits making sound judgments regarding work and have regular attendance.
Special Requirements: This position requires adherence to the BACB ethics code.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.
