This is an early 90s guitar made for the Buck Owens museum at the Crystal Palace (his Bakersville venue).
According to research I have found online, these guitars were made by one of the Fender plants.
I have seen very few of this exact model on sale via Craigslist, Facebook, or Reverb.
There was one priced at 900+, which seems overpriced.
There is another that had Buck's autograph, which was 3000+.
Though the Crystal Palace is still open, I don't seem to sell these red, white, and blue guitars anymore.
