Allrighty folks, here is an IRS chassis with clean and clear title for sale.
This is technically from a 1970 Karmann Ghia.
But this is the same part for
Bug, karmann ghia, and thing, What pans you put on is what makes either one.
This is on non-op, in my name.
Clean and clear California title.
No back fees due.
Includes the matching number body tag.
Now, good and bad.
This is titled and done, no one has to look at it, great!!
Bad is this is titled as a 68.
So all I can imagine is it was not in Cali dmv system.
Whoever verified it wrote wrong year, or dmv entered wrong numbers.
BUT, either way it does not matter!!! Still a VW, still a title, and a good start to something.
