All appliances work, roomy queen bed with 4" memory foam mattress in cab over area, sofa makes into a bed large enough for me at 6'2" tall.
Includes 100-watt solar panel, inverter, high volume vent fan, popup electric lift, AC, fresh water tank, porta potty, hot water heater, stove, 3 way gas/12 volt/110volt refrigerator and a few other things I'm sure I'm forgetting.
Also included is the TorkLift camper tiedown with the Torklift Fast Gun Turnbuckles.
The TorkLift tiedown is from a 2018 Ford F150.
