eCommerce support team member (Fontana)

•Maintain product listings and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
•Previous experience in eCommerce, particularly in the furniture industry, is a plus.
•Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
•Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and order processing.
•Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
•Detail-oriented and organized.
•Excellent customer service skills through various eCommerce platforms such as Wayfair and Overstock.
•Efficiently handle returns and replacements.
•Must Speak/Write fluent Mandarin and English – need to communicate with Overseas team efficiently.
•Work schedule Mon-Fri (8:30am-5:30pm) - City of Fontana – We will train.
