Sales/Legal Consultant (Riverside)

Established Family Law Firm seeking a candidate experienced in customer service and sales.
Job responsibilities include: Answering/making phone calls.
Overall communication with potential clients and providing answers to their inquiries.
Occasionally dealing with high stress and/or emergency situations with potential clients.
Qualifications: Must be able to articulate and able to learn new tasks at a fast pace.
Must have basic fundamental computer skills, typing skills, clear and concise verbal communication skills, and proficient writing skills including spelling and grammatical.
A preference that they have some experience with basic law office policies and duty of confidentiality, and professional demeanor.
