Responsibilities:
_ This role begins as a commission-based position with the potential to transition into a structure that includes an hourly rate, commission, monthly bonuses, and possibly a salary
- Conduct sales activities, including prospecting and qualifying leads, to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and track customer interactions
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or account management
- Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of the technology industry and experience in technology sales is a plus
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment
