Summit Solar & Roofing is looking for project manager representatives to be our brand in the field.
We are seeking Customer Service Champions to ensure our customers are satisfied from point-of-sale to the day of installation and beyond.
Our customers are critical to our success and we believe only people who are passionate about helping people will fit into this role.
What We Need From You:
-Meet with homeowners and inspect properties to ensure solar and/or roofing is a logical option.
We believe in transparency and do not want to give customers something they won't find valuable.
-Provide customers with details about their solar and/or roofing project and answer questions regarding the process.
-Guide the customer from “cradle to grave” from the signup to the construction process, until final inspections are passed and final payments are released.
-Stay up to date with industry changes and be able to effectively communicate those changes to our customers.
-Maintain your customer files in our company's CRM by notating interactions, scheduling additional appointments, and updating critical information as your project progresses.
-Communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with your teammates, office staff, managers and customers.
-Be an employee with long-term goals.

Experience
-1+ years of project management or customer experience experience (preferred, but not required)
-Ability to prioritize and resolve multiple issues on multiple projects under demanding schedule constraints.
-Strong verbal/ written communication skills.
-Able to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 11:00 pm-6:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Compensation $55,000 - $87,500 depending on experience.
