Teaching Assistant

```Duties:``` - Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities for students - Collaborate with the lead teacher to create and modify lesson plans to meet the individual needs of students - Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development - Assist in maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment - Help students with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, eating, and transitioning between activities ```Qualifications:``` - Experience working with children, this is a home family daycare so experience is required.
- Knowledge of childhood development and educational strategies for students with diverse learning needs - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and other staff members - Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic childcare environment - Proficiency in math and other core subjects to provide academic support to students Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
