Preschool Teacher Assistant

Responsibilities: - Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Provide individualized attention and support to children with special needs, including those with autism - Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions - Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and development of each child - Maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate with parents regularly Experience: - Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred - Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies - Knowledge of curriculum development for early childhood education - Experience working with children with special needs, particularly autism - Ability to provide age-appropriate care and engage in toddler care activities At our preschool, we value dedicated teachers who are passionate about early childhood education.
