Job description
KidzToPros is hiring Structured Recess Instructors to guide and engage children in a safe and inclusive structured recess environment.
As a Structured Recess Instructor, you will:
Assist in creating a safe and inclusive playground yard, organizing and playing games with 20+ students.
Coordinating the game of the day alongside other recess favorites.
Encourage safe, healthy play and positive conflict resolution through role modeling and active participation.
Actively engage a diverse range of students in respectful and inclusive healthy play.
Confidently deliver Physical Education lessons across multiple grade levels.
Schedule: Mondays through Friday 4 hours per day/20 hours a week / 9am to 1pm PST
Requirements
MUST love to play games and lead activities with children and have the ability to model positive behavior.
Prior experience in a school setting as an instructor or teacher's aide (PE instruction or sports coaching experience preferred).
Ability to work with students grades K-8
Ability to play fun games with larger numbers of students in groups of 20+.
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license or State ID
You will be required to clear a background check via online/live scan.
Available between 8:55 AM - 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Available to start on January 2024
