*An applicant who SHINES will have the following*:
· Must be at least 18 years of age with a HS diploma or GED
· Minimum 24 units in Early Childhood Education/Child Development including 3 Infant specialty units, or a Teacher Permit (or higher)\*
· At least 2 years of experience working with children in a licensed setting preferred
· Ability to clear fingerprints/background check
