*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS* Extensive experience working with children.
Must be able to drive for long periods and board flights with children to other states.
Maintain a satisfactory driving record which ensures maintenance of liability insurance coverage.
Possess a valid California Driver's License, motor vehicle, and auto insurance.
*Education:* High School Diploma, preferred bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
Other: Attainment of at least 21 years of age.
*Responsibilities:* -Fly-out/Chaperone will be responsible for boarding/chaperoning children on flights as needed.
-Board an airplane for long periods.
-Expect flight delays and cancellations.
- Supervise and ensure the safety of students during travel and off-campus activities.
- Provide guidance, support, and assistance to students while maintaining a positive and respectful environment.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote a safe and productive experience for all students.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating logistics for travel, including transportation, accommodations, and meals.
- Serve as a role model for students, demonstrating professionalism, responsibility, and good judgment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a smooth and successful trip.
Skills: - Experience working with students in various settings such as babysitting, childcare, classroom management, nannying, daycare, or early childhood education.
- Strong behavior management skills to effectively handle challenging situations and maintain a positive environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff members.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and make quick decisions when necessary.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures to ensure the well-being of students.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate travel logistics and manage student schedules.
*Note:* This position may require weekends, occasional overnight stays, and travel outside of regular working hours.
