After School Teacher

```Duties``` - Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards - Provide instruction to students in various subjects, including math, science, language arts, and social studies - Use effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote active learning - Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance - Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and respect - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide initiatives - Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and behavior ```Experience``` - Minimum of [X] years of experience as a school teacher or in a related field - Strong knowledge of classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies - Experience working with students of different ages and abilities, including early childhood education - Familiarity with educational resources, technology, and teaching methods - Ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of individual students or groups - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Skills: - Classroom management - Tutoring - Educate - Early childhood education - Experience with children - Behavior management - Daycare experience - Childhood development knowledge - Experience working with students in a childcare setting Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
