We are currently seeking a Janitorial Technician to join our growing TEAM! *Position Overview:* We are looking to employ a Janitorial Technician with outstanding knowledge of maintaining structure and effectively sanitizing the facility.
The Janitorial Technician would have outstanding knowledge of cleaning procedures and standard sanitation operating procedures.
*Requirements:* * Cleaning and maintaining structure * Sweeping and mopping floors * Stocking and cleaning restrooms/break rooms * Using the proper equipment to clean up spills * Collecting the garbage and properly disposing of them * Reporting major repairs to supervisors or managers * Ensure all tasks assigned are complete in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
* Maintaining a store of cleaning goods * Ability to comply with policies and follow safety and security procedures * Capacity to comprehend and interpret written information * The ability to perform physical labor and operate power tools commonly used in janitorial operations * Ability to stick to deadlines and fulfill obligations * Professionalism is an asset * Must be able to effectively manage time and work both independently and in groups * Following direct orders from Management/Supervisors * Other duties may be assigned Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
