Position Description
Snack Bar Supervisor
*Essential Duties *
* Directs all phases of food production, menus, ware washing and cleaning of the snack bar/ cantina area and patio
* Supervises daily food & beverage production for quantity, quality, and presentation.
* Maintains sanitation and proper food handling per health codes.
Holds a Manager Food Card.
* Prepares food & beverage items for special menus and VIP functions.
* Attends weekly staff meetings and monthly inventory counts
* Completes all administrative duties in a timely manner.
* Maintains personal grooming and appearance standards.
* Understands club emergency procedures.
* Maintains an orderly and clean work area.
* Provides ongoing education and training.
* Assists employees in their job duties.
* Performs any other duties that are necessary for the successful operation.

* 2-3 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Knowledge of food and beverage operations
* Knowledge of the game of golf, rules of golf and golf etiquette.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 125 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this include close vision, distance visions, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

Pay: $16.
50 - $18.
