Duties
Manage an installation spouse and family member employment assistance program.
Conduct workshops, seminars, and provides advisory services on career, occupational, volunteer and educational issues.
Develop partnerships with a wide range of corporations and small businesses to support long and short-term employment and training opportunities for spouses and other eligible members.
Design marketing strategies and public relations programs to ensure target population is informed of the DoD employment assistance program.
Brief commanders, installation leadership, and community members on local and national employment trends, employment demographics for spouses and family members of DoD personnel, and work-family issues.
Requirements Conditions of Employment Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.

Basic Requirement for Employment Readiness Program Manager: A.
