· Able to work independently with minimum supervision and make intuitive decisions.
· Collaborate internally and externally to gather necessary information and discuss project details as needed.
· Ability to identify and problem solve potential challenges and/or unique aspects of each project that may impact the cost and timeline.
· Perform all project evaluation tasks under only general supervision, while customarily and regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment.
· Actively research and become an expert on specialized/technical products and product application.
Cost Estimation · Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, material, and equipment required for fabrication projects.
· Analyze historical data and industry benchmarks to ensure accurate pricing.
· Consider factors such as overhead, profit margins, and potential risks in cost calculations.
· Negotiate, research, strategize, and interview, to determine, decide, and customize quotes and pricing.
· Create comprehensive proposals and cost breakdowns for customers.
· Complete and submit quotes within specified deadlines and/or in a timely manner, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete.
· Perform all cost estimation tasks under only general supervision, while customarily and regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment.
Resource Planning · Identify the need for specialized equipment and or skilled/additional labor for a project.
· Collaborate with the fabrication team to develop a production plan based on the estimated project requirements.
· Ensure that all resources are allocated efficiently to meet project schedules.
· Project and problem solve potential challenges of a project's production.
· Source materials from suppliers and negotiate prices with suppliers.
· Perform all resource planning tasks under only general supervision, while customarily and regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment.
Cost Monitoring · Track project costs throughout the fabrication process to compare actual costs against initial estimates.
· Address cost overruns and deviations from the estimate and implement necessary adjustments in future estimating.

Communication · Draft professional written communications both internally and externally.
· Resolve or respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours and thereafter maintain regular customer contact.

· Meeting all the accounts and customers’ needs to maximize profits and satisfaction.
· Communicating and collaborating (verbally and in writing) internally with all departments and managers.
· Perform all communication tasks under only general supervision, while customarily and regularly exercising discretion and independent judgement.
Customer Service · Utilizing ITP’s core values with all customer interactions.
· Embracing customer issues positively and using excellent problem-solving and decision-making techniques to resolve issues in an effective manner.
· Keep calm and kind in all dealings with colleagues, employees, vendors, and customers.

IT systems · Ability to use telephone, printers, fax, copiers, computer, software, and extensive use of ERP system (Epicor P21) and MITS Targets and Goals, Commissions and Bonuses · Monthly, Quarterly, and annual goals are achievable and should be met.
Other · Use only the systems, processes and tools provided by the company to conduct and communicate company business (e.
