FUTURE SALARY INCREASES**2% effective February 24, 20243% effective February 22, 20253% effective February 21, 2026 Innovation and Technology Department (ITD) is recruiting for Software Developers I* who are involved in planning, analyzing, designing and developing the programming of complex computer systems.
Software Developers I provide production support analysis, design, and programming support; may assume primary responsibility for the less complex new development projects; and function in a support role on major new development project teams.
*Official title is Programmer Analyst I.

**Salary increases contingent upon Property Related Revenue and/or statewide Realignment Sales Tax Collections performance.
The eligible list created from this recruitment may be used to fill other vacancies throughout the County as they occur.

Substitution: One (1) additional year of qualifying work experience may substitute for thirty (30) semester (45 quarter) units of the education requirement.
