We are looking to add a part-time (30 hrs/wk) front-office administrator to our team.
*Hours: *Part-time 30 hrs/wk; 6hrs/day; Start time between 9am-10am ideally *The Expertise We’re Looking For:* * Prior Receptionist/administrative Experience *(Required)* * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel *(Required)* * High school degree *(Required)* * Prior Experience Working in Financial Advisory Industry *(Preferred)* *Key Traits of a Front Office Administrator:* * Able to communicate verbally and in writing * Able to learn and adapt to changes *What You Will Be Responsible For:* * Greet consumers on the phone and in person with a warm and welcoming approach * Set and confirm calendar appointments * Answer incoming calls and transfer all calls to the appropriate personnel * Answer general inquiries and client questions * Prepare and deliver client birthday / anniversary recognition and appreciation letters and gifts * Client birthday and anniversary callouts * Assist in coordination of client appreciation events * Enter client information into the CRM system * Assemble appointment binders * Build strong client relationships * Onboard clients * Maintain office supplies * Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
