*Job Purpose* Manage the front lobby and answer, transfer, and screen incoming phone calls and provide support to payroll & human resources.
Regular and dependable attendance is required.
*Duties and Responsibilities* · Answer/screen incoming phone calls with a very professional and pleasant voice and transfer to the appropriate person/department.
· Stamp incoming mail with current date and add postage to outgoing mail using Neopost machine.
· Maintain company employee phone list.
· Generate reports as needed.
· Log any incoming packages and inform addressee of delivery.
· Greet visitors and maintain signature book.
· Prepare shipping labels for outgoing FedEx, DHL, and any other shipments.
· Provide backup invoices and submit supply orders.
· Check sales orders and fax to Customers.
· Maintain clean and safe work area.
· Provide clerical support as needed.
· Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor and/or management.
· Regular and dependable attendance is required.
· Responsible for understanding and executing Company goals and objectives while actively contributing to the cohesiveness of the team.
*Qualifications* · Education o AA Degree preferred.
· Experience o Experience commensurate with job responsibilities.
· Skills o Proficient in Microsoft Office · Abilities o Able to clearly communicate with internal and external customers and all levels of management.
o Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors and managers.
o Demonstrated time management skills.
o Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagrammatic form.
o Able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
o Must be punctual and dependable.
o Must have good communication skills.
o Written and spoken English.
· Professional Certification(s) o N/A *Working Conditions* Temperature-controlled office with moderate noise level.
Occasional exposure to manufacturing area with dust, noise, moving machinery, and humidity.
Personal protective equipment as required.
*Physical Requirements* Office position.
Spends the majority of the work shift sitting.
Generally requires clear vision at 20 inches or less for reading.
May include lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 25 lbs.
