Our San Bernardino Warehouse and Distribution operation is currently seeking a *Customer Service Representative*.
This individual will be responsible for providing support to the warehouse, ensuring strong communication with the home office by addressing support needs and requirements.
Responsible for the logistical processing of customer orders, including coordination with freight carriers, warehouse management team, warehouse operations, and shipping and receiving teams.
*Responsibilities:*
* Work with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), creating order waves and routing freight with retail customer traffic department.
* Addressing day-to-day operation needs and requests.
* Must be professional with good communication skills.
Professional phone and email manner and communication skills.
* Extreme attention to detail and ability to multitask on several freight routing requirements and/or customer orders.
* Process/Maintain order records (i.
e.
– Labels/Compliance labels, BOL’s, etc.
)
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Balances team and individual responsibilities and identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
*Mandatory Qualifications:*
* Customer service: 3 years in Distribution/Warehouse environment
* 3PL: 2 years
* Order entry: 1 year
* Microsoft office: 3 years (Word/Excel)
* Microsoft Office 365: 3 years
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
*Qualifications:*
* Strong experience in Warehouse Management Systems (Blue Cherry WMS is a Plus!)
* Good job stability and on time attitude.
* Must have the ability to work individually or with a team.
* Must have the ability to multitask.
* Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management.
* Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
* Must be deadline and detail oriented.
* Must have reliable transportation.
* Must be able to pass a Drug test.
