Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service to retail accounts via phone and email.
* Utilize fast typing skills for efficient order and data entry.

* Utilize Quickbooks and Excel for invoicing and data management tasks.
* Communicate with UPS for claims resolution and handle client inquiries.
* Respond promptly to customer emails with professionalism and accuracy.
* _No cold calling involved;_ focus on assisting existing clients and resolving issues.
* Ensure accurate spelling, grammar, and attention to detail in all communications.
* Collaborate with team members to update customer order lead times.
* Utilize Windows/PC-based systems for day-to-day operations.
Qualifications: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage but _not required.
